Me Fitness Studios is a locally owned and operated health and fitness facility. Their members enjoy 24-hour access to a fully equipped gym. Members have an option to upgrade their membership to attend any of the 60+ fitness classes offered weekly, scheduled daily from as early as 6 am to as late as 7 pm. Classes include yoga, Pilates, cycling, Zumba, HIIT, and more. They are taught by enthusiastic, trained professionals. The facility includes access to personal training, nutrition counseling, massage, and physical therapy. Their upbeat staff is thrilled to help new clients meet their fitness goals.
