James Adamson

James started his career as a financial analyst in early stage venture companies. His experience was during the technology explosion of the late 1990s. During that time, he was lucky enough to work with several successful software and internet companies in a variety of different industries. 

A friend of his at the time told him he should take his ability to drive strategic change to more traditional industries. In doing so, he has been able to build many great companies in the past twenty years. His three areas of focus are healthcare, food production and distribution, and specialty real estate. 

These three niches are the blocks that the A companies were built on. 

Everyday in this business, we get to take a company and make it better. We constantly strive to have better facilities, better team members, and better products than our competitors. We are driven to accrete market share and change the industries we operate in.
